Overview
M109R High Resistance Decade is designed for calibration of insulation meters and megaohmmeters and resistance ranges of safety testers, HIPOT testers or any other DC high resistance meter with test voltage up to 5 kV. Maximum voltage rating is indicated on front panel to ensure safety in operation. Internal rechargeable battery for up to 3 hours of grid-independent operation is standard part of delivery. Connectivity Even though the M109R looks mechanical, internal resistance standards are switched electronically by relays. This way we could fit it with RS232 remote control so it can be used in Caliber or any other automated calibration solution. |

Three- or single-phase electric power/energy calibrator with power quality functions for calibration and testing of grid measuring appliance like power meters, power transducers or power quality analysers.

Overview
M133C is electric AC/DC power and energy calibrator for calibration of power meters, power transducers, power quality analysers and generally all kinds of power measuring devices. AC voltage, current, power and energy functions have calibrated phase shift in frequency range from 15 Hz to 1 kHz with resolution as good as 0.001 Hz. Simulated electric power (including power quality functions) can be set independently in each phase of both voltage and current signals. Built-in 5½ process multimeter for transducer calibration is standard part of every M133C calibrator. Power quality functions Four different distortion functions are available in M133C calibrator: Harmonic distortion with up to 50 harmonic products, interharmonic distortion up to 5000 Hz, amplitude modulation using symetrical sine or square wave envelope and finally dip/swell amplitude modulation using custom square wave envelope. Modulation frequency can be set in range from 0.001 Hz to 50 Hz, maximum modulation depth is 30 % and again, all the distortion parameters can be set independently for each phase. Calibration versatility M133C is more than just a sophisticated power source. Using built-in process multimeter, both transducer inputs and outputs can be handled by the M133C at the same time so you can calibrate it more easily, using no other calibration equipment. Floating current outputs can be connected directly with voltage outputs to allow for 3-wire power meter calibration. One calibrator, many applications - saving your time, space and costs. Overview
M151 Current Calibrator can generate up to 120 A with one-year accuracy ranging from 0.035% to 0.11% at all points. Key signal parameters including selected function, uncertainty and AC signal frequency are shown on large LCD, softkeys under the display are linked to frequently used functions for quick setup. Calibration domain The main purpose of M151 is calibration of ammeters or use as a current amplifier but it can be used as well for transducer calibration thanks to its built-in multimeter, as stable current source for contact resistance measurement or as either real or simulated transconductance amplifier. |

Overview
Precision DC calibrator M160 is a portable source of industrial process signals for calibration of multimeters in laboratories as well as on site calibration of evaluation units and other process meters. High load capacity of both voltage and current outputs, robust design and exceptional 20 ppm accuracy over 20°C-wide reference temperature range make this calibrator great for demanding conditions in production facilities. Other functions include thermocouple and RTD simulation, resistance and frequency, all with accuracy and resolution to meet all requirements. With option 91 the calibrator can measure temperature directly at output terminals and compensate the cold junction effect.
User comfort
Beside M160's industrial versatility, the calibrator is focused on user friendliness making calibrations simple and straightforward. Main parameters of both generated and measured signals are displayed on large LCD together with function-specific tooltip, providing all relevant details including range, accuracy or load limit. Inspired by recalibration simplicity of M6xx series, the M160 can be easily calibrated using just its front keyboard without any mechanical adjustment inside the instrument.
M160 can be connected to various ATE systems via RS232, USB, LAN or GPIB interface and is fully compatible with WinQbase/Caliber calibration software including the CamOCR module for automated optical UUT readouts.

Overview
M191 Insulation Tester Calibrator is based on 1 TΩ programmable high resistance decade with 10 kV DC compliance, coupled with test voltage meter. Overview
M192 is accurate high-power resistance decade for testing of power supplies and batteries up to 3000 W and 250 Vrms. Being a resistance decade rather than an electronic load, resistance function uses real resistance so it can be used with AC power sources as well. See datasheet for typical frequency responses. On top of that, M192A version has built-in test signal meter using which constant power and constant current functions can be simulated. Other advantages of the M192A are extended range up to 300 kΩ and continuous resistance range rather than fixed values. |

Overview
The main functions are the sourcing of mV or mA signals, resistance and simulation of DIN-thermocouples and RTD temperature sensors. Up to eight fast input signals -Transients- can be measured, memorized and shown at the display as graphs or uploaded to a PC via USB. For fast checking or calibration of process transmitters the M505 output and input can be cross connected to the transmitter, whereas both sourced and measured signals will be displayed online. mV voltage ranges are useful for calibration of strain gauges, amplifiers, transmitters and small signal instruments, where the output voltage can be resolved down to 1 uV. |

Overview
Idea behind M550 Impedance Calibrator is to replace countless single value RCL standards with one calibrator that can switch between the standards like a CD changer in your car. The calibrator contains stable and temperature independent resistance standards, partial capacitance standards and partial inductance standards, simulated by RC T-type passive network. Calibration values of both complex parameters of partial standards are displayed on large LCD screen in preselected pairs of parameters as well as voltage, current and frequency readouts from built-in test signal meter. OPEN and SHORT reference positions are available as well. Calibration domain M550 was designed for calibration of RCL meters in frequency range up to 1 MHz. The philosophy of M550 is based on remote control and automated calibration. Resistance decades designed for RTD and other resistance-based sensors simulation. Operated either manually or via one of four available remote-control interfaces these decades are ideal for automated checks at production lines.

Overview
M631 and M641 are programmable real-resistance decades with parameters designed specifically for RTD sensors' simulation and testing of RTD evaluation units like temperature regulators, transducers, etc. The core function is still resistance so you can as well calibrate ohmmeters and other resistance based meters easily. The main difference between M6x1 RTD simulators is combination of accuracy and load capacity. M641 with its 5 W load capacity is suited for industry where M631 with its 0.01°C accuracy and 0.001°C resolution is rather a laboratory reference. Containing some of the most stable (and expensive) foil resistors available, the M631 has temperature coefficient as good as 1 ppm/°C. RTD simulators can be used for AC application as well, see datasheet for typical frequency responses. User comfort M6xx series was made to make resistance calibration as easy as it gets. Large LCD shows all related parameters including total accuracy. And there is no residual resistance or hidden absolute error so you don't have to calculate it by yourself, accuracy you see is accuracy you get. And that's not the only thing that firmware sorts out for you. Would you like the resistance shown in distance or force units? User function will do this for you. Complete recalibration? Ten minutes and off you go. Connectivity RTD simulators' functions can be remotely controlled via RS232, USB, LAN or GPIB interface. This way you can introduce calibration/test stage directly into production line of any resistance based sensor and reduce time required for final quality tests dramatically. |

Overview
M632 and M642 are programmable real-resistance decades with far-reaching ranges and very fine resolutions. While the M642 is rather an industrial decade with its 0.1 Ω - 20 MΩ range (22 MΩ upgrade available) and 5 W load capacity, the M632 is 20 ppm reference instrument for calibration laboratories and flagship of Meatest's resistance calibration. Overview
Multifunction calibrator M140 is calibrator – tester for use in calibration laboratories as an electrical standard of voltage, current, resistance, capacity and frequency. Load capacity of the voltage output is 30 mA - enough for most high-consumption analogue power-meters. Installed harmonic and non-harmonic shape signals allow for testing meter sensitivity to distorted signals by a signal with various crest factor. Frequency modes, suitable for calibration of multimeters and time bases of oscilloscopes, have adjustable 6-digit frequency, amplitude and duty ratio of the output signal. The calibrator can measure temperature with TC and RTD temperature sensors to show it on display or use for cold junction compensation. Built-in multimeter - Tester Internal multimeter with basic capability to measure VDC, IDC, R and F process signals is standard part of M140 full version. Meter functions can run simultaneously with source functions to measure and evaluate output signals of various types of transducers as well as external sensors (strain gauge, pressure, torsion, strength, etc.). User comfort M140 calibrator is focused on user friendliness making calibrations simple and straightforward. Each function has its dedicated chunky button and all relevant details including total relative accuracy are shown on large LCD. Overview
M143 Portable multifunction calibrator is cost saving solution for calibration of meters of electric quantities up to 1000 V and 20 A. Basic accuracy of 60 ppm in DC voltage is more than enough for calibration of 3½ and 4½ digit multimeters. Resistance function is covered by eight fix resistors in range from 10 Ω to 100 MΩ, other features are TC temperature sensor simulation and optionally RTD temperature sensor simulation. Thanks to its small dimensions and low weight the calibrator is ideal for field calibrations. Calibration domain M143 was designed for automated calibrations at production lines of panel meters, multimeters, transducers, measuring amplifiers, thermometers, and calibration laboratories where the calibrator can be applied as source of standard value for calibrations, verifications and adjustments of units under test. |
