Metrology Technology calibrators were researched, developed, designed, manufactured, assembled and inspected in Taiwan. Our calibrators received numbers of patents and awards from Germany, United States, UN, and Taiwan.

All inspection and calibration is according to ISO standards. Our length calibrators are perfectly suitable for factories and calibration laboratories.

Tower Outside Checker

For calibrating outside of all types of calipers, measuring tools, and setting zero of outside micrometers. All models are with a step of 25mm.

Made of heat treated hardened tool steel, hardness: HRC58-62

Checker body and base are chromed polished, wear resistant, and rust resistant to ensure measuring accuracy and durability.

Certificate of calibration issued by accredited calibration Laboratory, JCC (TAF 0193 ISO/IEC 17025). Inspection reading: 0.1um

NANOCAL Series The best tool for ISO length calibration

GBC-NANOCAL Gauge Block Comparator is specially designed for the calibration or
dimensional inspection of gauge blocks with nominal lengths ranging from 0.1 to 300mm.

GBC-NANOCAL The configuration, which consists of two high-precision inductive probes aligned opposite one another with 0.01 μm display. The measuring system provides full guarantee for an extra low uncertainty of measurement.

Although METROLOGY GBC-NANOCAL Gauge Block Comparator is mainly intended formanufacturers and end-users of gauge blocks, this comparator is also widely used in ISO/IEC17025 national accredited calibration laboratories all over the world.
